Radiologist Returns to
Amerigo Falciani, D.O., a Board Certified Radiologist who grew up in Hammonton has joined the Kessler Medical Staff as Director of Radiology, announced Michael G. Gonnella, Hospital President and CEO. Dr. Falciani earned his BS in biology at Cook College, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. Following his graduation from medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey- School of Osteopathy, he completed a traditional rotating internship, as well as, a residency in diagnostic radiology at the Kennedy Health System, Stratford, NJ. He was chief resident and served as a Medical School Anatomy/Radiology Instructor. In addition, Dr. Falciani completed a fellowship in Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Ultrasound, Computerized Tomography/Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, Pa. He is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and holds a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Body Imaging. Dr. Falciani has resided and practiced in Key West, Florida, for the past seven years. He has been involved in research, published and made presentations on various topics in his field, including “The Radiology of Sunken Treasures off the Florida Keys”. A member of both the American Osteopathic College of Radiology and the American Osteopathic Association, he is fluent in Italian. His interests include painting and medical illustration as well as sports. Dr. Falciani will reside in Hammonton with his wife, Melissa J.
