Rotary Club Honor Kessler's
Dr. DeClement

    The Hammonton Rotary Club honored Kessler Memorial Hospital's Dr. Frederick DeClement for his service to the community and hospital by naming him the "Outstanding Citizen of the Year."

    Dr. DeClement, who previously served as the Interim CEO of the hospital for six months, is currently the Vice-President for Medical Affairs.
