Kessler /AtlantiCare Home Health, an affiliated service of Kessler Memorial Hospital, provides skilled nursing care; physical, occupational, and speech therapy; home health aides and medical social work.  A specialized healthcare team works with your physician to develop a comprehensive care plan for you.
Referral accepted from patients, families, physicians, case managers and insurers.
Service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
