WHAT IS FLOATATION THERAPY?
Mineral water floatation
therapy is a technique that employs the principals of rest. Rest
research has found that profound deep relaxation, stress reduction, pain
management and improved thinking are achieved when external stimuli are
reduced.
The water temperature is 94.5 degrees (skin
temperature), 10 inches deep and mixed with 800 pounds of Epsom Salts with
a specific gravity of 1.28, which creates an environment five times more
dense and buoyant than seawater. |
